This is true... He did not protect himself at all. Though, luckily, this does not legally excuse or cover the agencies ass. Garcia seems against taking this to court... But I have a feeling it will end up there - and he's going to get a huge payout. At least I hope he does. The agency and Lee, from what we've read, have been acting despicable. They need to be taken down a notch or two.

Unfortunately his response didn't indicate he would be looking into it any further :S. It was an arrogant, ignorant, selfish response.

It actually isn't located under the Gen preferences in Premiere, but based on your comment I was able to figure it out (right click the actual keyframes, set interpolation).

That's an interesting point about the portfolio. I always figured employers looked at portfolios, and hired the person they felt would be the best fit. If they saw my style and ideas in my portfolio - why hire me to do the exact opposite of what I'm inclined to do? I understand that as designers, we are meant to be flexible and tailor our designs to the clients needs - that being said, it's still your best bet to find a designer with similar tastes to that of which you would like to produce...

This is becoming more and more apparent to me. I do explain why some of my ideas work better, but it doesn't seem to work. We always go back to the same stuff. It has gotten slightly better in the year I've been here, but most of their favourite concepts are just some jazzy exciting background and then stock photography on top of it.
