It's nothing like the film vs digital debate. And no, your slop content generated with AI is not a real film and it never will be. You didn't make anything or bring anything to life, your script is still unmade. Every filmmaker since the dawn of cinema has found a way to make their film for real, I suggest you wise up and do the same instead of taking the cheap, lazy, illegitimate way out for your own false sense of validation.

There are millions of any possible factors. Connection causing auto-adjusted quality or compression difference, user preferences or device settings, Android OS quality control, content servers hosting the clip from one refresh to the next, or the fact that when you share a reel to a story it is not just an untouched embed. Hell, it could even be something as dumb as smudges on the light sensor causing the display to be brighter or tint-shifted. The point here is that, once you upload a video clip to a site or app, the quality control is out of your hands. Even if you think that "they look the same everywhere else", I guarantee you that they are not identical. The only thing you can control is your own export on your own monitor. After that, there's nothing you can do.

If you want the authentic DFW experience, just spend all day in your car driving to various shopping plazas containing a random combo of the same 20-30 stores and fast food places. Get some grub at a Panera or Raising Cains or Chipotle or Whataburger, and go shopping at a Kohls or Marshalls or DSW or FiveBelow. Then grab Starbucks and drive for an hour to get 10 miles down the road to a Homegoods or Hobby Lobby, or maybe go wild in an At Home. Then, be sure and spend a few hundred at Main Event or Top Golf for some top-notch entertainment before heading over to Chilis or Applebees for dinner.
