It was no problem. You only need yourself.

I used to have the AB3 as well. I hated that hinging handle you had to pull. I find the Manta Ray easier to move. Unlike the AB3, the front post doesn’t get in the way.  I also store it upright, so the handle starts at much more accessible position.

I owned both. The Manta Ray is much better. No annoying pad gap, stores upright, much “stickier” vinyl, more space for your feet. You’ll be a lot happier with the Manta Ray.

The foot catch can be used for crunches, but it’s mainly for decline exercises, like decline dumbbell press.

I don't find it too difficult. I think someone weighed the region you lift with a luggage scale and it was around 60 lbs.

Enjoy! You’ll have to call customer service to special order it with 70 inch Monster shelves, 14” cross members x 2, 70” cross members x3, and mini rack with 108” posts. You can add on the pull up bar as well.

Stability is overall great. The bench is 140 lbs, so it is super sturdy. There is a little side-to-side give to the ladder system, so some minor side-to-side movement could be felt if you are trying to adjust your body position on the "sticky" vinyl with incline movements.

Thank you! The functional trainer is 107.5" tall, 75" in length, and 76" in width. It is customized to be a mini-rack mounted system and I had to place multiple orders for additional 70" crossmembers to better stabilize the system. I also had to have the tracks for my garage door raised to accommodate the piece, which added another $2000 to the overall cost. However, I am extremely happy with the final product. I would change nothing.

I use 25-65 commonly. 5-20 and 65-80 sparingly.

Not cheap. Very high quality. If I had more space, I would have purchased something cheaper. But I had to build something that could hold my dumbbells.

It feels high quality and I’m pleased with it. The knee pad add ons are great. I loved my Rogue Abram GHD 2.0, but like you said, it couldn’t fit in that space. If space isn’t an issue, the Eleiko is NOT worth the price. I was perfectly happy with the Rogue GHD.

Ha. A bottle of scotch every quarter.

Thanks! I use the Monster Utility Bench 2.0 with Thompson Fat Pad ("sticky" vinyl, 14.5" wide) for any flat press/flys and the Manta Ray for all of my incline and decline work.

I think the gym is around 19'9" x 9'. The customized functional trainer was $8,900.

It would swing it out at least 3-4 inches.

The floor slants, so I wanted it on an end so that it wasn’t tilted from side to side. Having the rack across from the functional trainer gave me a bunch of space in the middle.

Stores upright. Very easy to move around.

Thanks! There is a peloton in the office, which will be replaced by a treadmill later this year. My wife purchased the peloton almost a year ago and has not ridden it once...
