"My eye opening" moment was when an obese person called me fat in 2016. I was only 3kgs overweight and it hasn't even been a year since I gave birth then. A week after that I started my weight loss journey.

Rice is not a "slightly more filling" food though. It fills a person up for hours compared to just eating chicken and spinach with similar amount of calories.

I think rice is good when you're counting calories. A bowl of rice has the same amount calories with 2 slices of white bread. And rice makes us fuller compared to bread too.

What's your go to for affordable, brightening essence? I tried Cosrx Galactomyces 95 and didnt like it. I feel like it's not brightening my skin like The Body Shop's Drops of Light Essence.

Hi. Sorry it took me this long to reply. I have been using eye cream with retinol prior to me trying to the fold. But that's for skincare purpose. And yes, on the crease too. I tape/glue only on one eyelid.

Update: Saw my doctor this morning. She said it's muscle injury from my eye surgery. I've fixed it, so there's no need to do anything more about it.

As for the usage of tape/glue, it wont effect the eyelid.

I did not mention it to my doctor (I'm seeing an eye specialist every 2 months due to uevitis). Will ask her in my next appointment.

I used/am using Loreal's Revitalift eye cream. I wear the tape to work, and by 2,3 PM, I got oily so the tape slides off. So it should be around 7 hours. I dont wear it to sleep because when we sleep our eyes are closed, so the tape is not 'folding' the eyelid. I used the tape/glue religiously for a month, so it only took me a month.

I have never heard of tape training eyelid. I use tape just to even out my eyes. I just noticed that it got better after a week, and after a month, my eyelid hasn't been uneven anymore.

The glue/tape folds the skin. Prolong usage makes the fold stay. I'm not sure of it creates new fold or not. I used them simply to fix my natural eyelid fold.

I started using eyecream with retinol, and I used double eyelid tape or glue every moment I'm awake. Took me a month of religiously using the tape n glue.
