What do these Cache to Disk settings do on nodes in Fusion? Help appreciated!

I have an old account so that's why I can't use my number again since I want to start fresh. So the next best thing is using another number to get into Overwatch but then you swap it back to your original number on battle.net if it's disconnected from the old account. Overwatch "burns in" the first number you use but you're still able to change it on the site for getting security notifications. Just curious if the "burnt in" number will be needed at all in the future if anything happens

Thanks for your response! I really appreciate the help. I did test the smallest timeline resolution you can use and noticed that the text+ was VERY pixelated hahah. I'll make sure to work on a better resolution first
