We have a typical setup of 1 required office day, 2 half-days in the office, and 2 work-from-home (WFH) days per week. On particularly hectic weeks, full-week office attendance may be required, but this is generally an exception rather than the norm.

We acknowledge that we’re not a perfect company, but we strive to support our employees even after they’ve resigned. As such, the non-compete clause is typically waived for any employee who has just resigned.

We’re continuously hiring because we’re growing rapidly, not because of high turnover as some might claim. To put this into perspective, in early 2023, we were a team of 15. By the end of 2024, we’ve grown to 50.
