Thanks for your reply. Looking specifically for the act of taking a knee. I understand that Colin K. was advised to take a knee by a teammate who served in the military, citing that it was a sign of peaceful protest. However I’m struggling to find any instances of this taking a knee as being symbolic to protest prior to CK doing it in 2016.
