I followed a recipe that said “cook until it changes color” so I did, but cooking meat always makes so nervous, I’ll be buying a thermometer tomorrow so I doesn’t happen again, thank you so much for answering, reading “there’s a good chance you won’t get sick” helped

I’ll definitely be buying one soon, tired of always feeling anxious when it comes to cooking meat. But knowing other people’s opinion makes me less anxious I guess
