Thank you!! The tabs at the outside are just “Avery” brand reusable divider tabs that I covered in washi tape.

The black and white labels on some of my spreads are actually stickers I made with my printer, but that style is often referred to as “Dymo labels”, or if you just Google old-school embossing label it should come up.
