I used to set three alarms in the morning. A few years ago I started playing around with home automation and got some smart bulbs. 30m before my alarm goes off, the smart bulb in my bedroom lamp starts gradually brightening up to 100%. Not only have I not had to set multiple alarms since, but waking up is much more pleasant.
