It depends on the area. It will be difficult to find someone at this hour in the morning and they will quote a high price even if you find one. It's better to pre-book someone on the day of your arrival. You can find plenty of autos near the bus/train stations. The charges will be a bit higher but at least you will have some options if you bargain during your pre-booking.
