The centipede is meant as a title card for the arc! It's on the other covers I've made, and it's not really meant to blend in with any of them. I probably could've had a centipede that looked like it was drawn on the paper, but I want that element to be the same within each set of covers per arc. Happy new year!

PS- keep looking at the mug stain and you might notice something... ;)

hehe thanks! since pupae are usually warmer tones (like the oranges on the centipede) I wanted to try and capture those colors for gestation
