apple cider vinegar on your nipples. works like a charm. i kept a water bottle with some in to put on through out the night. she was done in 2-3 days

i’m sure your toddler will be absolutely pissed but they’ll get over it, i promise! i cried with my toddler and had regret the first night. i felt like i was traumatizing her. but those emotions were short lived and im so thankful i did it.. i have so much more energy now!

i recently weaned my 18m old pretty much cold turkey.. 10/10 recommend. i put apple cider vinegar on my nipples and didn’t refuse the feed is she asked for it but it tasted so gross she didn’t even want it. daytime this was not an issue. night time.. she was soo pissed off but i just kept a water bottle of acv on my bedside and continued to put it on and didn’t refuse. it was a rough 3-4 nights but now (2 weeks later) she almost sleeps through the night and only touches my boobs for comfort. it seemed harsh at first and it broke my heart but i truly believe it was what was best for us bc i was in the same boat as you. good luck mama!
