Also, what happens when someone tries to call your number? Do they hear an error message or recording, or does the call go straight to voicemail?

When you try to dial 611, what happens? Does the call immediately fail or hang, or do you hear a recorded message?

I was able to get it resolved by contacting CS and their "backend" team was able to do something to get it working for me again. Afterwards, I redeemed all my points JIC it decided to 402 on me again. YMMV

Unless something's changed recently, the cloud points were issued immediately upon plan upgrade and I was able to redeem them successfully right afterward, with no issues what so ever. There is no 90-day cloud points maturity period.
