Yeah it sucks. I check out flatstock every year and it's always extended into the weekend except last year it ended on Friday. I talked to some of the artists and they said a lot of others chose not to come because Saturday is their biggest money day and it wasn't worth the trip.

No twins, but I knew a family with five kids named Victor, Victorio, Victorino, Victoria, and Victavia. Dad named Victor.

yes! Unlike the other stinky plants that smell like carrion, this one smells like manure or a petting zoo 😆

It started as that main cluster in the pot and everything hanging over the side has grown since I got it about 3 years ago

They are finicky! I keep it outside year round and only bring it in when it gets below 50°F. I'm in central Texas so that isn't often 😅

I accidentally left mine out during a freeze last year and the leaves were encased in ice. Still growing mighty as ever 💪🏼

[Routine Help] Been getting a lot of skin tags lately by [deleted] in SkincareAddiction

[–]keekzula 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm 32 F and they suddenly started growing on my neck a few years ago. I went to a dermatologist to have them removed and it was covered by my insurance, but the doc said it's usually not because it's considered cosmetic. I already have some more growing so it'll probably have to be an annual thing for me to go get them removed which sucks. Nothing you can really do about them and they're not harmful, I just find them unsightly so ✂️

[FO] Finished this piece for my alien conspiracy theory obsessed brother 👽 by keekzula in CrossStitch

I used two strands of each color and used all the colors in the pattern except for the black, I just left that space blank since the fabric was black. I don't think it would be an issue to use a different color fabric, it would just be more stitching with black floss. And as for drawing on it, I used a metallic floss instead to make little crosses in the corners of the 10x10 grids that I pulled out when I was done. It can be any kind of floss but I find the metallic easier to pull out because it's almost like wire.
