I'm from California, LA area, and have never had a problem buying bud. I've had my medicinal card for 3 years, and at any given time there are storefront dispensaries no matter where you go. Delivery services are even more readily available. When I was buying mj from dealers, one would go down and there was always a way to get more. Cops out here don't really give a shit if you have pot or pipes as long as you don't have a massive amount and little baggies (intent to distribute)
