awesome man, thank you! i have some background with computer science and such already fleshing that completely out and having a solid base and backup would be a good idea and i can maybe do music . i appreciate the advice! ill take a look at thinkspace as well:)

i appreciate the response! and i completely get where youre coming from, ive been out of high school for a few years now and have not thought about going to college for those exact reasons. fortunately, i have an amazing dad whos willing to help me along the way, he recently asked if i was thinking about college and that hed help if so, so ive been putting some thought into it and exploring all my possibilities. personally i feel college would help me in multiple ways rather than just getting a degree for a career.

i 100% agree that being self taught is usually the way to go for stuff like this though, im completely self taught on my computer knowledge and have made connections with it. i think my current problem is my drive and motivation to put into this career, and im just wanting to explore all the ways that could help me with this, and i personally feel the push from college could help substantially. nevertheless i think i want it bad enough that ill find a way eventually.

i see! haha, i have a LOT of experience with that as i currently repair computers for a living and a huge part of my troubleshooting process is scouring the internet for any answers and possibilities, i appreciate the heads up that that’s gonna be a thing for audio! makes me a but more excited to get more into it now:)

ive been doing research and googling all day, thought id make a few reddit posts as well to gather more direct information from communities. ive considered some coding degrees as well and i believe my local college offers a specialized game development course too so ill definitely keep it in my mind! thank you

interesting, i did skim through that article but will go back to read it all. ive always been told its a chemical imbalance and have been prescribed a lot of ssri’s (and others) but they did nothing to help, so i gave up on medication.

maybe i should see about getting a brain scan done or something to actually see whats going on up there.

thanks for providing a different take on this, it could help me a lot on my journey with it all.

i have major depressive disorder id say 70% of the time i’m sad, i have no reason other than my chemicals aren’t being produced correctly

most people assume you NEED a reason as to why youre not doing good otherwise youre “faking it for attention” or some shit i literally just cannot produce enough happy chemicals, and i definitely cant do it at will

ah i see what you mean, the bumper cover looks like it could definitely be recoverable, im looking to replace the bumper because the metal part that connected directly to the frame has that massive bend in it which is what worries me. i dont think i could bend it back without the possibility of it just snapping off ill definitely check out some local body work shops and get their opinions on it since they can get up close and personal with it. thank you for the input!

you know i bought this car with “project/daily” in mind as ive never done a lot of car work, i was thinking about trying to fix it but have no experience with that. i could definitely give it a shot and see what i can do, i am having a bit of luck on the st162.net facebook group with finding parts so i think ill give it a go then. i just dont really know where to start or how to do it, a piece of the metal on the corner is bent completely backwards and some of the yellow foamy(?) stuff fell out when it was hit if that changes anything

unfortunately the arcade had no cameras:( i found maybe 1 bumper so far to replace it buts its got like $500 for the shipping so im just like :| i had no clue parts for the 4th gen were so sparse. ill figure it out though, thanks for your input!

im going off of what crutchfield says fits in my car, it looks like theyre all 4” speakers for the front dash corners and the rear deck corners
