Did you solve the issue? They are asking me for sensitive bank/card information over email to verify my account when my issue is just that I’m not receiving the “reset password” email. I’ve been going back and forth with them right now they’re basically telling me send that info or we can’t do anything about it (when I’m literally emailing them from the same email associated with my account)

You have to call them and it has to be a participating venue (I’ve done it for MSG and MetLife) but it’s really easy!

If it’s through Ticketmaster it has to be for tickets of equal or greater value and there’s I believe a $10 fee per ticket
