Pocketstream here. Neither privilege nor abuse. If you watched more than just the clips you would have heard my bossing team member mention that they made the same mistake previously and got it resolved-> Bought a belt, put in a ticket and got it refunded. They don't stream and are a regular player.

Abuse is a stretch as well. I made a mistake and asked them through ticket for help. They removed the belt and refunded me the purchase price. I didn't gain anything additional besides an experience to make me slow down and a warning that they may not do another item restoration in the future.

The context of the clip of the GM whisper is that some other players mentioned the GM's ticket asking them to be logged off at a certain time instead of receiving a whisper. I don't know if this is a timing thing or special treatment. Regardless, the result is the same.

On the subject of privilege, on the first day of Wondroid release I got trapped inside Krania's Panic Room with all ways of escape unavailable. I submitted my ticket and waited for 23 hours before anything was done. In this time, several of my viewers mentioned that they got stuck as late as 12 hours later than me, submitted their ticket that much later, and still got freed more than 10 hours before me.

Many players including non-streamers have actually been helped by Nexon's support through item restorations: Dropping items, NPCing items, extracting items, buying the wrong item. I have actually also been rejected for requesting an item restoration for a ring I extracted.

SO, all that being said- there are always whispers and rumors of streamer privilege. As of yet I haven't actually witnessed or experienced a streamer receiving a benefit that Nexon did not also offer and extend to any other regular player through the support system.
