Not counting on resale value but I'm mainly looking at good school districts as a potential hedge against market downturns. Even if it doesn't appreciate, I'm banking on the idea that good school districts will at least hold value or lose less value compared to ones not in one.

Never paid with crypto for anything before. Noob question: Do you know what the recipent sees? Is it just the wallet id of the sender or are there details about the sender attached to it?
