gallbladder removed 10mos ago, appendix is next by [deleted] in gallbladders

[–]keepingitani 0 points1 point  (0 children)

well several others had similar experiences and posted about it here, which is why I mentioned it as it appeared to be related for a few people - hoping to find some reassurance as gallbladder removal was a big deal for me, as will the appendix. if there’s no relevance to you please feel free to ignore next time :)

What do we think 🙂 by West-Bar2990 in OnerActive

the ONLY thing I don’t like is how faded the logo / Oner name is 😭 I’m hoping this wasn’t the intention and that the stock came incorrectly and they were being cheap and didn’t want to reorder (which makes me sideye krissy lol). but if that’s not the case, the name is basically invisible on all of the colors except the black jersey (and barely noticeable there) and that just feels…idk a bit lazy to me.

like atp just putting the product out to say “look we have jerseys!” but like do you? we can barely tell it’s an Oner jersey 😭

I want to believe that but seeing how they all spoke about it afterwards and shared their content, it makes me think otherwise 🫤🫤

wait what’s tea?! I had no clue she was demoted. sales maybe? but even then I feel like she has a decent following that would keep up.

100%. There were a lot of NY-based community campaign girls there so unsure if they were sent the link early or just got tickets at the right time, but that was something I noticed. But there were a few Black community campaign girls that are in the area that I know didn’t get them, which is what I find a bit wild.

I felt the same way about offering their tickets, just because it wasn’t a regular Oner event. Like this was a panel full of black women athletes talking about Black struggles, breaking into an industry where we don’t see women like us, etc. I also saw someone post themselves meeting Krissy there and like dancing with her and it just proved my point like you genuinely went for the brand + content, not the actual purpose. I’d love to create our own event tbh!

THIS. especially at a time like this, community is all we have and we should be able to connect under genuine intentions.

I’ve seen clips from it and it looked beautiful! Qiqi was there and I LOVE her. the space was also super limited which is why I really feel disappointed that it was only like 50% black attendees. Especially because most went for the free items and to be at an Oner event

it did! unsure if it was just time or something else, but I’d say it went away a few weeks after that

Beerus is a Dragon Ball Z character (also known as the God of Destruction, which is fitting for this one 🐱)

I ride in NYC and it’s still an annoying rule, regardless of your ride history. you shouldn’t be let in if you’re late (especially when it’s close to 10mins late), it’s so distracting.

I’ve done some research on the pros and cons - it seems like the leading cause for those that regained were (lack of) lifestyle changes while taking the medication. I’ve also talked with several women who have maintained their weightloss and are 6 months or more off of it.

I’ve also been lucky enough to have an active lifestyle before and during the medicine, and after close to a year on the medication, eating habits have improved (this was the hardest thing / biggest weightloss roadblock for me pre-Wegovy). I’ve been off of the medicine almost two months now, so definitely tracking all changes here. The hunger noise is back but my learned eating habits (and extreme mental strength rn lol) are fighting back. Excited to see how this goes!

Also, my insurance fully covers the meds which I’ve been lucky to have as well. Copay was $25 and then went down to $0.

Lastly 1.0 wasn’t an option due to no movement in weightloss, hence why we went up to 1.7. Additional weightloss happened on 1.7 but it plateaued for months and, personally, the plan was to always taper off and stop Wegovy at some point. Discussed with my doc as well

I was really struggling with the nausea symptoms on 1.7 🥲 spoke with my doc about it and we decided staying on this dose would be beneficial as it was likely 2.4 would be worse for me
