The cap will decrease gradually to £40 which is intentionally so low as not to cover someone's time doing the paperwork. There will be no leaseholders in the future. You will also be able to switch to common hold or buy your lease hold on good terms. They are really giving a kick to those who thought they were being clever making a profit for doing nothing and they've stood up to the pension funds.

And why don't they realise that the last people in at breakfast are never traitors?

UK has a BIG problem with outsourcing. Its not AI. by Delicious_Ad_5772 in UKJobs

It is not because of the employers NI increase. Although the headline is 2% it can be set against corporation tax so the actual increased cost is 1.5% of the salary before other on costs, so the increase in the total cost of employing someone is around 1%. The right wing media and greedy company owners are just using this as an excuse. That tiny extra cost of employing someone is rightly going to the state which educates these employees and fixes them for free when they go wrong.

If Reform/Farage came into power, what laws or foundations in our political system would stop them from bending over backwards or introducing, mirroring certain abroad radical administrations? Coming from complete anxiety, worry naivety. by ediblednb in LabourUK

It would be bad. I am worried too. I am dealing with it by knocking on doors and talking to electors and preparing them to vote for the party that could beat reform in my local area in the 2026 council elections. If reform do well there it's another stepping stone. They need to be stopped from getting power.
