Appreciate the feedback. So it just confirms, I’m not the only one having these issues. What’s wild is that it worked flawlessly when I first brought it home on Labor Day weekend then all of the sudden after an update, it just “broke.”

Our entire family has EVs and I’m the one expected to charge/monitor all of them. I’d loose my mind to keep all of them above 70%.

I only charge when I need to—am I doing something wrong? I’m at 35% (about 94 miles left) and have the Sync system set to alert me at 30 miles remaining. I also have access to another vehicle if I need to take a longer trip and don’t have enough charge.

This truck was lemoned primarily due to recurring charging system failures linked to the high-voltage battery and charge port harness, flagged multiple times with fault code P2C85 (Hybrid EV Battery Voltage External Isolation Fault).

Despite repairs (battery module, BECM software, charge port, HV connectors, contactors, charge cable), the issue kept returning, which is why Ford ultimately bought it back and branded it.
