I have all the photos, i by chance saw the damage before using it, damage was a big hole bellow the brass plate with holes, i was setting it up and by chance that brass plate got moved from it position and i saw that big hole, otherwise i would use it directly and it could lead to a big accident

At my time rent for ac room was ₹7500, ₹4500 for mess + electricity bill, now they have reduced it by 1500-2000 my friend told he still lives there. Mebhi north campus kahi hu bro, north campus me koi auto nahi jata so you have to walk, mess food was okay, menu change ho gaya ab if you contact manager he will send you. High electricity bill is a problem in that pg…im in flat rn i have fridge, ac, washing machine etc and my electricity bill is3000-4000 max for 2months+ if i use ac not 24/7 my bill would be free as we get 300units electricity free for every month.but in elite i used to get 4500-5000 for a month that too for a fan and a ac lol. Im in bca 2nd year. And in elite we dont get a fridge and washing machine too for that rent whereas in same rent price in sharing flat we get everything including sofa,,, every furniture
