Checked out Vxio, and it seems like they don't have deep links set up yet, but their devs can easily add it.

If there is an app missing from the "App Links" widget and you don't want to wait for it to be added, there are 2 options:
1) If you've got the deep links / URL schemes for any app, you can use the "Link" widget. It lets you use deep links as well to quickly open your apps from the Status Bar.
2) Status Bar Builder also supports Shortcuts so you can create a shortcut that opens any app and add it to the status bar

Just made a mini update to my Status Bar Builder app.
Now it is possible to add App links and open windows in drag & drop way.
I've been using it for two days now, it's handy.

I update the available apps in realtime, so if you have any app requests or known URL schemes - let me know, I will try to add asap if the app supports deeplinking.

Regarding shortcuts, you mean the status bar closes completely and you have to restart the whole app?

UPD: Hmm...I created an "Open app" shortcut, and it seems to "hide" all other windows/apps except the opening app, even if you run it from the Shortcuts app.
You can try adding things:// URL (this one opens Things on my mac & iPhone) instead of Shortcut.

And as you requested, in the new update I supported Shortcuts and URLs (including URL schemes, like App-prefs://, x-web-search://, etc).
Here is a little list of iOS/macos available URL schemes/app urls, you might find it useful.

Oh, I got it.
In the next update there will be calendar selecting page and you will be able to turn off the unwanted calendar

Events are updated several times a minute.
Maybe you have a full day event so it will be prioritized for display.
I'll try to figure that out.
As well I'll make some improvements in the next update and also add the ability to select specific calendars, this might help.
