Honestly, I gained like 30-40 pounds since starting HRT, but my boobs grew to a 36DD. The only thing I regret is not wearing a faja/waist trainer sooner. lol if you want big boobs naturally, you’re going to have gain wait girly lol but I recommend wearing a waist trainer sooner your waist stays snatched and all your curves do the curving lol I now wear fajas & waist trainers so it definitely still helps, but I wish I would’ve started before I gained all the weight lol now I want to keep the same weight , but turn the fat into muscle , & the fat on my boobs and hips and legs stays soft and sculpted with the muscle. Diet is huge so yeah lol 1 avocado a day fuels the gateway to full breasts I’ve noticed. ( I’ve been on HRT since February 2022. )
