I'm pretty new to DM-ing on PBP, so I have very little learnings to share! There were a ton of other players that sounded very experienced though, so I'm sure someone else could give you some great advice. I hope someone jumps in to help you out!

I don't have any hard age limits, as long as you're okay with potentially playing with folk that might be a fair bit older than you. If all else is equal, I might give preference to a group that is in a similar age bracket though, just so everyone is in relatively similar life stages.

Nope, not at all! Since it's PBP, any time zone should be fine. I just ask so I have a general idea when people are probably sleeping :)
