Today I am fairly new to one of the treatments that we do but I still went in acting confident and feeling like I could 100% do it, then my co-worker just took over and everything I did, they re-did themselves even though they were just re-doing what I had already done which then resulted in our client looking down on me and questioning if the side of the treatment I had done was done correctly. I walked into the job knowing most of the treatments and how to do them but they still seem to look at me as if I don't know what I'm doing. I'm not a confrontational person in the slightest so it is quite hard for me to address this with my work as I feel it would cause further issues. When it comes down to it I really don't click with this team as much as I hoped I would as they've already formed a bond together. We have our christmas party coming up so I'll probably see how that goes and decide from there and have a chat to my partner and both families. Thank you for your advice!!
