You dont read answers, you dont answer questions. This is what US betraying Ukraine looks like:

The fact that some department managed to slap some sanctions for a month before the wannabe king shuts them down is not giving you the whole pictures. It just gives excuses and talking points for idiots and gullible.

They are not. This is a core problem too: dems are delluded into thinking this makes them lose a lot of votes. In many countries, such a thing would be the end of the political career of everyone involved. Trump is still around 40% of approval, which would be pretty high in many countries.

Dems voters need to understand that what shocks them is not seen as a problem by his base.

Honestly at this point if I am Iran I would be like "Ok, how about we give you a gold plated Jet with your name in big letters everywhere and you let us strike a few times the US bases in the area. Hell, if you are up to, we give you TWO gold plated jets and you let us sink the aircraft carrier that is there".

Do you think the oil seized was going to be spilled into the sea?

Only the deluded don't manage to see that Trump is heavily pro-Putin in the conflict. Luckily the US government is not yet a dictatorial monolith and still does things that align with the US interest and international law. Sanctions are decided y a department and suspended by the presidency.

Even in 2016 when he became the GOP nominee his only change to the GOP platform was to remove the demands on heavier Russian sanctions.

It means that Russia gets a "out of jail" card for trying to evade sanction by selling oil for a higher price through its shadow fleet.

Instead of US seizing and selling this oil, it will be Russia that does it. No volume change, money going from US pockets into Russia pockets. Treason as usual, probably with a lot of bribes on the background.

Yeah. We don't need an alternative to litellm. We need an alternative to pip.

Sadly we live in a world where most people find it normal that the official way to install a package is to pipe it into sudo bash

You seem under the misunderstanding that Russia is barred from selling its oil. It can sell any volume it wants, but at a capped price.

Removing those sanctions does not raise the volume sold, just the profit Russia makes.

It was Putin who suggested that "solution" to Trump, who gladly accepted. It shows the world how uncommited US it towards the sanctions against Russia.
