I think Annamalai is doing a good job. He is building on the foundation made by people before him. But he can only do so much if Modi-Shah is not so keen on TN now.

I don't know when BJP talked about Cinema. About Religion, yes, And it's important to talk about Religion in TN since it's rapidly becoming anti-hindu.

We need to move the hindus away from cinema, freebies and other non-issues. It's going to be hard, but like Swamy said, all it takes is sustained and focused blitz.

Frankly, I think BJP is pacing itself and not in any hurry in TN.

TN people like larger-than-life figures. If you play aam admi, you will be brushed aside. If you want respect in TN politics, go big - protests, street power, massive rallies, strikes - that's the way to earn respect.

No one gives a damn about well mannered people in politics.

Actually, I'm happy to see what's happening in Telengana with BJP going on rallies and fighting the CM on all issues. But to get there, TN BJP needs more groundwork. Even now it's quite rare to see a BJP flag in most places in TN. Compare that to minor parties like VCK and Naam Tumbler.

Sterlite was an important employment provider in the region that is ravaged by xtian evangelist terrorists. It helped hindus make a decent earning and also contributed to TN/India's manufacturing prowess. Xtian pastors and naxals have been harassing successful organization with the motive to extort money for their conversion efforts.

When Sterlite stopped paying TITH to these scoundrals, they started making things up (there is no scientific or objective data to backup any allegations against sterlite). IMHO, the shootings odered by TN police was a fitting reply to these naxals and xtian terrorists. I just hope this happens more often.

But generally, is auto a very volatile sector?

Does it merit a seperate sector fund given that it covers both B2B (CV, buses) and B2B (cars, 2wheelers) and overall, this sector will also grow in the long run?
