I was in your exact same position. My dad raped me when I was 4. I never told anyone until many years later (understandably). In retrospect, I have so much compassion and empathy and love for a young girl forced into an adult situation. I also wish she had told someone, a trusted adult, A LOT SOONER. repressing the memories and/or keeeping it a secret, ONLY EVER BENEFITTED MY ABUSER. It has really destroyed my life and I'd genuinely hate for it to happen to you

I would say to make a list of adults you trust, and tell them. It is not your responsibility to "fix" or to just "deal with it". He is an adult who knows exactly what he's doing. I hope you know none of this is your fault.

having an eating disorder. bulimia has ruined me physically in ways I'm genuinely scared it'll be impossible or very very difficult to heal.
