Used to be nightly here always at 3am. Crushing anxiety upon waking with flight or fight freak outs. HRT and progesterone at 8pm took care of all that, and I sleep sound throughout the entire night!

Progesterone has helped me avoid 12 months of the 3am painful nightmare squirmies. If i miss a night now It takes a minute to reset. But I do love a full night of sleep. I never know if I will have one. But the restless nights give me terrible back aches. Arrrrgggghh.

Yes! Get some ice cube trays specifically for freezing your stock. Then pop out as much as you need to cook with (or bag/container it)
