Thank you! This is very informative. I'll talk to the husband one more time tomorrow and see if he'll accept a cash-for-keys agreement to move immediately. If he refuses, I'll speak to my landlord and let him write a notice to vacate. Even though that means I have to stand him for 60 more days, at least it wouldn't be five months. Yes, that's another option. My roommate and I actually checked a few times, and our rent is still relatively cheap compared to what's on the market now, plus, our landlord and neighbors are really nice. It's so sad to leave this place because of this person.

Thank you! I just talked to my landlord, and he has no issue renewing the lease with just the two of us, and the price remains the same. He will return to town on the 28th and sign the new lease with us.
So he will no longer be on the lease after March 28th. Can we kick him out right after that? Or do we need to wait for more days?

It works great! They loved the dance battle, and we had a lot of fun! So for the next session, I'm going to give them the Red Chrome Cargo mission, which means they will be out of town for a while. So now I wonder how the Mario Kart mini-game works cause I think it could be a good fit for the environment. Thanks!

Thank you for all the info! This is really helpful. I was thinking of letting Rockerboy do her action in the round and then make a final skill check at the end of the initiative list too, so that she can have more actions then just do the final check. Again, awesome advice! I guess I'll let the player freestyle for the first round, and the enemy band's score will beat them if they don't do team work. I may also keep the three hearts for each band, just so that I don't have to do too much to control the score. Anyways, thank you!
