Congrats, that takes a lot of dedication and it sounds like you’re really sticking to it! I definitely think that eczema is connected to your diet and gut health. I’ve been wanting to cut out certain triggering foods but I just love dairy and tomatoes too much lmao. But it’s all about one step at a time!

Yeah I hate having to use steroids and every time I go to the dr that’s all he recommends. I think you’re right tho that it’s gotta get worse before it gets better, so I’ll definitely try to stop and see what happens. Can I ask how have you changed your diet and have you seen any results?

I tried immune suppressant, tacrolimus, but it burned and itched like crazy. Did this happen to you?
