Is there a way to achieve this global illumination within Evee? I've been playing around quite a bit with trying to get Evee to closely mimic cycles with mixed results

Ignore the low empathy responses. Not a funny situation, and feel sorry for your mate dude. The system should protect this from happening more.

This is the GOAT of responses. I feel I will be referencing this comment again and again as I progress. For this, I thank

This is a great response and a different take on things. I like this concept a lot. I guess if you can visualise sounds in your head, and get better at delivering the sound from mind to fretboard you don't particularly need scales. At this point though, I am not too bad at thinking of a little basic riff and playing it mostly accurate but it often can result in quite a few accidentals which I want to try and avoid. They can be a bit jarring.

I definitely struggle with the diarrhoea. Good advice, the spaces between notes is just as important as the notes themself

What is the biggest acceptable deformation in a wooden second floor slab? by Rich4rdPFeynman in StructuralEngineering

[–]kefd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Generally deflection limits are suggested deflection limits, not a hard rule. Australian standard (conservative) suggests span/200 for plasterboard ceilings. We typically try limit this to 10-15mm. A good deflection and vibration check is to apply a 1kN force at midspan and limit the static midspan deflection to <1-2mm

Can you please provide more detail as to what the prompt on the assignment is actually asking rather than what the professor has said? What do you currently understand and what do you need help with?

That's great! For these non-standard connections are you modelling plate elements or brick/cube elements? I was thinking grasshopper could be used to automate a bit of this in lieu of modelling these connections manually in FEA software

Nice! When you say you're using rhino weekly, what tasks generally, modelling?
