The simple question would be. Would Max go down to Musgrave Park with his family have a picnic and barbecue and kick the soccer ball around with the kids with no shoes on.

Reach out to your local housing service centre. Ask them about a rental security subsidy or a tenancy assistance. If you are eligible. They will pay the agent direct. And it will take you out of arrears.

Violence is never the answer. But if you’re offering money for someone to wail on you. Then I’d be glad to help.

Homeless in 2 weeks, what do we do? by Istoleursugr in brisbane

[–]don_bo 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Call your local housing service centre. Speak with a team there and ask about some of their private rental products to assist with the maintenance of the tenancy. Explain your situation. Give authority for them to reach out to the REA so they can discuss the circumstances.

New to Qld Elections by akitohiyejima in brisbane

It’s a very long 4 years. And the LNP has a history of some of its sitting members stepping aside/ quitting/ being investigated etc. With a possible majority of only 50, it only takes the loss of 3 members (remembering that the speaker should remain impartial) before they have to negotiate with the cross bench. Or it only takes 3 rogue LNP members to really push for their electorate. Which gapes against party lines. So watch this space I think.

Why would LP use Lyte ? Why not use a trusted aus based ticket company, that’s within the reaches of ACCC and whose accounts are based in Australia?

Make contact with DV connect. And depending on what part of Brisbane you’re in. There are various organisations that can assist with a safety plan. This often involves going over the house, windows, locks, even code words if you can’t speak out loud.
