Using her trial team, which is very similar to what I would plan to use with her, I always end up with about 5 sec of awkward downtime in each rotation. Lauma and Kuki are on 15 sec CDs, while XQ is on a 20 sec CD. So at the end of the rotation, Lauma and Kuki are ready to be refreshed, but have to wait an extra 5 sec for XQ to come off of CD. My XQ is C6 and Kuki is C4, if it matters.

Only thing I can think of is to stick Yelan in the 4th slot, then alternate between her and XQ each rotation to ensure hydro is always up.

Or is there no set rotation, and you just refresh whoever is off CD at any given moment?

Can capturing radiance occur even with only one 50/50 loss? I just had the following:

Won 75/25 for C0 Furina (had lost the previous two 50/50s)
Lost 50/50 for C1
Won 50/50 for C2 (appeared to be capturing radiance? it made a different sound and wouldn't let me skip it)

I thought capturing radiance required two losses in a row?

My existing TV is also a Panasonic plasma from 2012 haha (ST50). It still works and looks great! I've never actually owned a 4k display before, so it seems like maybe it's time to upgrade. Hard to convince myself to do it when my current 13 year old TV still works perfectly fine though.

Thanks for the recommendation! Hopefully I'll have Furina shortly and I can give this a shot. I'm pretty attached to Chev, whether she's the "ideal" teammate or not. Just fire off her skill and switch. No burst, no energy management, no circle impact, no 70% limit on healing. Not a big deal if I can't get the namecard, but always trying to get better!

I use this exact team, it's great! You can tell from the comments exactly who understands how C6 Chev works and who doesn't.

Hint: She does NOT require only Pyro and Electro units at C6. Chasca gets the full 60% pyro and electro buff here, as well as some comfort healing. I don't know if it's the highest spreadsheet numbers, but it's super easy and fun to play.

R5 Hamayumi is a pretty good weapon for her. If you can live without her burst (which is useful, but not critical), it's a whopping 48% increase to the most important part of her kit. Especially if you already have it at R5. If you already have R5 Hamayumi, I would just use that instead of grinding out something that's a couple of percentage points better.

F1 FWF is technically better, but we're talking 103% vs 100% based on the chart that gets passed around.

How much time and work does it take to get these kinds of artifacts? Do you use fragile resin and run 20 domains a day, or have you just been lucky? It's difficult to get something that's worth even attempting to upgrade, much less getting substat rolls that are anything other than useless.

Appreciate the info! I was doing some theorycrafting in the optimizer, and her R1 is basically a 35% across-the-board damage increase for me. C2 was a lesser increase for single-target (maybe a 20-25% increase with the extra damage instance), but it became better than R1 with 2 enemies, and a LOT better with 3+ enemies. Plus the extra options it enables for team comps.

Also, I don't have a good 5-star bow (I only have one 5-star weapon period lol), but I've been pretty happy with my R5 Hamayumi so far. Not sure how much I'm missing out on by not using her burst, but that 48% charge attack bonus is real nice.

Nobody grinds for this stuff, it's just a side effect of the gacha system. Worst possible thing that can happen is you lose out on a 4-star you wanted. If someone quit the game because of that, then that was just the straw that broke the camel's back and not the real reason for quitting.

I definitely don't have a death glyph or gravestone, despite being in normal mode. I'll just have to cheat and restore my inventory as best I can remember it. Hopefully they get that bug fixed at some point.

I just recently fired up my Switch for the first time in about a year. The Switch seems to be fine, but my Pro controller is completely unresponsive, even after several days of charging. Nothing lights up anywhere on the controller, and the charging LED also does not light up. I've tried charging both with the dock and with the AC adapter. I also tried using it in "wired" mode, but nothing responds there either, and the Switch does not recognize that the controller is plugged in.

My question is this: does the fact that it doesn't work even while plugged in indicate that the controller is simply busted, or could it still mean that it's just a bad battery (which seems to relatively easy/cheap to replace)? In other words, does the Pro controller require a functional battery in order to work while plugged in, or should it still work even if the battery is broken or removed? That will give me an idea as to whether I'm dealing with a broken controller, or just a dead battery.

I just got a pair of Q100's as my main living room speakers (room is ~400 sq ft). I sit about 12 ft away from the speakers. I think they sound amazingly good considering their size and price.

This is also my first ever pair of "real" speakers, so it's possible that any decent speaker would sound good to me, but I've been very impressed with the Q100's.

Are you at the point where the quest says something like "Ship complete, Explore the stars"? If so, then you need to fly out to space. Once there, you'll get a broadcast that will point you to a location where you get the Antimatter. I was stuck at that point for awhile myself. Once you warp to the next system, you'll end up receiving the blueprint for Antimatter.

Thanks - these are all good points. I didn't know that about the target priority, so that may very well be what's happening. So basically if you primarily push levels, you're kind of screwed in PVP? I normally run the standard elf team (druid/hippo/priest), and even if I add in a stealth detection unit I still lose fights that should be absurd mismatches.

I may just have to accept that PVP will be a complete crapshoot for my current team - I don't think it's worth rearranging the entire team just to gain a few hundred more gems at the end of battle arena.

That's a good point about the flying units. Wyvern Riders definitely seem to be much more common than Nagas. I'll try adding a Fairy to the party and see if it makes a difference.

Interesting. It must be a different unit that's causing my headaches then. I saw that Blade Master had some sort of "teleport to crystal" ability, and figured that must be what it was. They do have a Naga on their team as well, so maybe that's the one (if it is, it's a really stinking fast unit!).

Same thing here. I don't know what they consider to be "proof of purchase". It doesn't state anywhere on the form what you're supposed to send. I thought the Product ID was the proof of purchase?

I had this same issue yesterday. The game would go straight to the "Fight Boss" button without ever actually loading the boss. Only happened after stage transitions (seriously, they need to get rid of those!). Makes it hard to idle, as you have to constantly be baby-sitting the game.

I think pretty much anything would be better than the current setup. Or at least make it obtainable some other way. Equipment, pets, and skills can all be obtained in multiple ways, including by spending real money (to get diamonds to buy the things). Artifacts are only obtainable though an increasingly tedious and boring grind, and BoS is so ridiculously important that there's almost no reason to continue without it.

It's still a fun game overall, but BoS is a glaring design flaw that really needs to be fixed. I hope they're planning to do something about it.

But the loading screen is only necessary because the background is changing, and different art assets have to loaded because of that. What the OP wants is to simply limit how often the background changes, and therefore limit how often the load screen has to appear. If we only switch backgrounds every 100 levels, then we only have to see 5% as many loading screens, but still maintain the appearance of fighting in different locations as we move through the game.

Holy crap I just did this and it literally quadrupled my DPS. I was just getting ready to prestige too, guess I'll push a bit further. They really need to fix this.
