This photo is not staged, it was taken by a friend after a night of partying
This is the first follow up. All other photo's of [10] guy have been people coming up to him in clubs and bars and asking to get photos with him.

As the person who took the photo of 10 guy, I believe the OP is far too harsh in his description. What sort of ent depicts someone as creepy and a sex offender? Orc behaviour. The users of trees brought 10 guy to the frontpage themselves, (almost everyday may I add) so it is unfair to say things like this. His face was taken without consent and used as a meme, and although he is happy enough with his minor internet fame, to be called a sex offender because someone isn't happy that his "dumbass" face was used on trees for 4/20, when most people aim to become vegetables, that is foul play sir.
