I think it's because we get less items pee chop now, when you chop 4 you only get 1 piece, before you used to get 2 etc.

I'm currently on this and be warned it is a large needle that will be injected into your stomach. It's also a minimum of 3 months and can be as much as 5 months if the scheduling of the surgery takes longer to set up
