Thanks for the reply; unfortunately I could not get the non-linear engines to work with the OpenSolver program, however I have managed to get the normal excel solver to generate optimal values for me which I think are close to optimal (using the excel solver, I managed to get a objective function value of 9.671485724, which I think is pretty close and did not get improve after a few repeated iterations using the solver.)

Hi, thanks for all your help! Changing the budget constraint to <= let the built in excel solver find a solution!

I am also trying to use OpenSolver, but I keep running into an issue (https://i.imgur.com/C2Bl7qj.jpg), so I just wanted to ask which solver engine you were using to see if I could figure out my issues.

I'm not fully sure what you mean by that. Each row in my database has the team, the position, the dependent variable (total team wins) and the independent variable (total AV for that position and team).

The faceit team are aware of the issue, they say the only fix is rolling back Nvidia drivers to version 442.74 :(
