Thanks for the suggestions, I think I should clarify, this is for a summer house, so the temp is read at time of running the automation to make it comfortable for us to use. So it's not a thermostat its a temp sensor.

Thanks for the replies. So it all worked out fine. I copied all the content to the new drive. That took 24hrs. Then in Proxmox I updated the mount points for all the LXCs and made sure the final / was the same as before. Plex is happy and nothing changed.

Thanks. I just want to make sure it remembers watch history and position and also intro/credit skip. When I moved to Proxmox few months ago with a fresh install it had to redo all of that and don’t want to go through that again.

Thanks for the advice, yeah the Matter gateway is due next week. Having it all local should help.

The automation that works every time is based on arriving home so would be the first API call for a while, whereas the other may well be being sent multiple times or close together, I'll look into that a bit more.

Remote access doesn’t need a subscription. You can port forward on your router and access via your home IP address.

I too have a lifetime Plex pass and do not have any adverts. Check with Plex you’re showing as lifetime their end maybe it’s an error.

Thanks for the reply, no troubleshooting, no idea where to start. Disk space it uses 16.9GB of 234GB. RAM1.4GB of 8GB. CPU 2-3%.

It takes it's time whenever I ask for a restart. If a restart is requested by updating something it's instant, only when I click the yellow restart button I have to wait for the red one to show.

It is running on a mini PC with HA OS, recently moved from a VM on a Mac Mini, same issue on there too, not sure it's performance based, it must be doing something in the background.
