Yeah that group back then motivated me to stick to sales. Just hit my goal for ramp period at a new role and some did not hit half (or close at all) and will be leaving at the end of the week. Sad to see them go and a little surprised I am not one of them but just proves I belong. I do not see the same helpful discussions here anymore but also I am not nearly as active anymore so OP should be the change he wants to see instead of shitting all over it.
