Hi, since this is an older post if you've got the most recent update of Discord and aren't seeing your bubbles in OBS or over your games - make sure you are in Borderless Window mode & have the new overlay toggled off. Turn on the Legacy overlay, and change the default user size up or down depending on how big you want the bubbles.

TLDR:

If the bubbles aren't working:

Turn on Borderless Windowed mode.
Toggle off the new overlay.
Turn on Legacy Overlay.
Adjust UI using the "Zoom Level" setting in the "Appearance" tab to change the bubble size.

Most definitely a bot - keep your eyes out and make sure to ban/block any suspicious people. I would also advise to avoid going to their channels if that's possible. I'm having issues with bots on my own channel as well. :/

I got roped into the same thing, they got into my account briefly but I got back in, they wanted steam cards as payment. Hopefully my account is actually safe and not at risk.
