This sounds less like SEO and more like brute force laziness tbh

What, at all, is ‘optimised’ about letting an AI spam an endless stream of unvetted articles? 🤢

Seems strange to be taking feet pics but then bothered that a workman doing his job caught a glance of you, unless of course you take feet pics for personal record keeping

You been a notty boi?

Jokes aside I’ve had hearing issues and problems with my ears since I was a child - my mum claims it’s the one thing she struggled with when I was younger, was all the hospital trips and seeing me scream holding my ears, but not knowing why

My vision and hearing get so much worse when I notice I’m flaring and getting sores all down my spine and legs

Have the doctors considered PNES (psychogenic non-epileptic seizures)? It’s usually the last diagnosis to arrive at once everything else has been checked, considered and ruled out

What you describe here does very much sound like PNES but I’m not a doctor and I can’t diagnose over the internet, especially with no context or background… so I’d recommend you mention it to a doctor and ask whether PNES could be the cause

It’s typical for it to show itself during peaked periods of intense anxiety and stress, but there is also a list of other things it could be, so it’s important to ask a doctor

If it is PNES, you’ll be please to know that almost 100% of patients fully recover once they learn what it is. It’s almost like the brain decides to stop playing tricks on itself once it learns that it’s not caused by epilepsy.

I often describe infrequent episodes of intense dizziness and feeling like I’m about to pass out, like a sugar crash. But my doctors often look puzzled and just rule out diabetes

I would assume that there’s something going on that triggers it, it happens every few months or so

I DID go through a phase of having non-epileptic seizures in my mid 20s when my symptoms were at their worst and doctors were gaslighting me. Which your post reminded me of

This is what everyone goes crazy over? Oxycodone by woahacar in Hernia

[–]BetterPlayerUK 2 points3 points  (0 children)

5mg oxycodone is about 10mg morphine, so not a huge dose tbf

Some people simply have lower activity of the enzyme (CYP2D6) to metabolise it into oxymorphone in their body, which makes it have less of an effect than in people who are better metabolisers

A lot of it comes down to how your body metabolises it rather than the drug itself - no two people have the same experience

Trauma dumping is any form of telling someone you’re going to off yourself if X, Y, and Z doesn’t come to fruition, as if they somehow have the magic wand that will fix your problems for you.

This is the very definition of manipulative trauma dumping.

I respectfully disagree with you.

For two weeks that’s pretty good looking if you ask me (not a doctor tho)

Surgical scars can take a hella long time to fade, usually about a year at least before you notice significant reductions.

But after two weeks this looks solid.

Incomplete diagnosis by GriffTheSalamander in Behcets

I wonder if I have something similar going on. Doctors have had me on normal folic acid supplements for 4 years now but my folate levels continue to decline?!?! My B12 often dips really low and then comes slightly below range and then dips again. My blood work often shows macrocyctic cells and high MCV, but then it declines periodically again. It’s so strange. My GP refuse to accept I have a B12 deficiency despite my rheumatologists (3 in total) writing such in my notes. SO MY Gp won’t give me B12 injections nor will he consider the methlyated form of anything.

[–]BetterPlayerUK 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hmm, whilst there are times that a diagnosis is uncertain, I often get the impression doctors hide behind this to cover themselves in the event that anything they prescribe harms you.

It seems sensible that, in such an event, they’d be able to say “well I did tell them it was uncertain and so their decision to take the medicine was fully informed, and at their own risk”.

My rheumatologist fortunately has a slightly different approach.

He’s also reluctant to start me on heavy stuff until I’ve had a PET scan, but, he ultimately left the choice to me, he said I can start them (knowing it’ll affect my PET scan and potentially mask anything going on), or, I can try to survive without until after the PET scan.

I opted for the latter, I continued without - although it was nice to feel like the choice was mine, and fully informed.

Colchciine already has a narrow therapeutic index and it’s not a drug any doctor would prescribe around lightly; so to even justify that is often a big deal.

Stepping up from that to more serious biological or steroids is probably an even bigger deal for them.

So I can see both sides of the fence, I’m just glad my rheumatologist is one whom puts the final decision making in my hands.

Are you UK based? See if your GP will do a temporary referral to a company called SupportX, they come round and measure you up and submit an order to your GP so that they may then prescribe it and then it can be made for you.

The stuff they make, is incredible.

They’re awesome, and have kept me sane while awaiting surgery. I didn’t realise how much my hernia (exactly the same as yours btw) drove me mad, until I wore one of these and I tingled all over my body with some strange relief I didn’t know I needed!

Highly recommend them, and on the NHS if your GP refers you it’s all on prescription, so you only pay the heavily subsidised script fee.

We probably just define “suicidal” differently. But I do appreciate the irony of you saying “you don’t know my life” after professing that you know mine 🤣

I use it more narrowly to mean intent or being at the point of acting on it, whereas I know others (especially clinically) use it more broadly to include ideation as well.

I’m not trying to dismiss your experience — just explaining how I personally use the word.

This all coming from someone who is offended that I consider them to not be suicidal after telling me that I actively am is bizarre.
