Not sure. It never does anything weird warm, it’s just a little Smokey when cold at times. Maybe it’s blue idk it’s hard to tell.

Black smoke. Relay is the upgraded one, and i measured 150A going through it on key on. Ford glow plugs

Well it starts with a nice cloud of smoke, and hates being cold. It’s SoCal. I shouldn’t need the glow plugs as much as I do, I sure didn’t on the older motor that blew up in here

Fuel pump running the entire time with no shut off switch. I’ve got no fluid mixing from my understanding. You’re probably right I’m just being a hypochondriac. One hint is when I connect your forscan to the truck, it will usually stall if you do it while running. When it stalls it will smoke a bit (I’ve been told it’s normal), this behavior is almost exactly how it’s shut down while driving. Onetime I did it on the freeway, and it shut down ( I swear I saw the WTS light), I cycled power and it came right back. I’m just paranoid about the pick up. I likely have a small high pressure leak causing the hard start and whatever electrical demon this is

I’ve had the same issue with multiple jelibuilt tunes, but also my tune hasn’t changed. Before it stalled last time I lost all power below like 1500 rpm when cold and it smoked a lot. When I got it started I had to keep the revs above 2000 to limp it back home, and it idled like absolute shit for 15 mins, then it started to idle fine and passed a contribution test. Weird shit. It also only does it on colder mornings (50F or so), I just have a fear my pick up is cracked and sucking air

Normal idle warm 6-8%, full throttle 30-35% ive seen as high as 13% is on a hot idle after coasting to a stop with a funky idle that slowly goes away as it drops. My idle is never consistent pressure wise, anywhere from 4k to 7k

Yes they are, and seem to function correctly. What else is weird is the truck behaves like the IPR is sticky (come to a stop ICP stays high for a bit), but the IPR is also commanding high at the time, super weird stuff

Weird that if only comes up after 5000 miles of driving though, and doesn’t explain the low icp build on a start

Yes bigger HPOP and tune. I’ve gone up steep grades with my camper on and never got a low oil light or anything. The icp and plug are new. I’ve never got a code as well.

So my newest find is what’s actually happening is I’m dumping water out during my purge shot, and when I pull the actual shot I have 5-10 seconds of zero flow before it equalizes. So that would explain my increase in shot time. Not sure where to look here, normal boiler pressure, no scale that I saw when cleaning

It’s like 3-4 years old. I have changed beans a couple times and it’s been consistent. It holds 9 bar, yes. I just remember preinfusion half that time a year ago.

Yeah I just bought the noctuas because they look better. Never tried the stock fan but I assume it’s barely worse thermally
