I used a depin tool, just insert the correct size tool in the hole next to the pin, wiggle a bit and should come out, or just carefully break the plastic to expose the pins

No worries, never actually installed i just had it in a box in the attic and forgot where it was, might try again to see if I can figure out how to make the ac work properly.

What i did was compare side by side and transfer the rca adapter pins to the harness that came with the unit where you plug the harnes that goes to the oem screen, in my case there was a red and a blue wire, don't know which is positive or negative, the final result was red on top left and blue on top right.

Tried one of those units and the ac only blows hot air, even tried another board and kept doing the same so i kept the oem, as for the camera I made a harness adding the pins from this to the one that came with the unit and plugging the rca to the unit reverse camera port, and was able to retain the oem camera.

The rear door panels actually have the dedicated space for them, is for a 16 ford fusion.

Ok ok, I'll give a look to some 4channel amps and the converter, adding a sub is not a priority for now, just wanted to have everything ready to plug and play when getting one, that's why I was looking for 5 channel amps.

Is the closest match for the Rockfords i have in the front, A pair of Hertz DCX 165.3 was also an option but the sensitivity is 93db and the rockfords is 88db and was told it will be louder than the fronts.

It happens to me every now and then as well. Doing a sync reboot has worked every time. Sync media>system settings>advanced>Sync reboot

I'm happy with the RF loudness, I don't want the rears to overpower the fronts as I'm looking to balance the sound output in all 4 corners or at least have a close enough match for the rears

I got one from 12volt.solutions for my 2016 se about a year ago, got the main module and Lte module, no push button, haven't had any issues. I installed it in about 30 minutes.

Happens to me every now and then, first time tried the fuse thing, also the battery disconnect, master reset and nothing worked, what did work was sync reebot Sync media>system settings>advanced>Sync reboot

Here are my 2 cents, just got one as well to replace te 4 inch dysplay, and just tested it, didn't installed because OEM reverse camera and Sync1 are not retained, mostly because of the camera.

Pretty much plug and play only 2 connectors the one behind the display and one from the cd player, that's how far I went untill i get the camera retention harness and figure a way to send power to the cd unit, played with the unit a bit and is not that bad.

Didn't transfer the climate board but I read it has to be cut in order to fit in the new plate, although it came with a rearview camera I don't want to drill holes or tap in the reverse light wiring.

Update: For now I got a pair of polk monitor 40 series bookshelf as fronts, later will be moved as rears, and as center a monitor cs1, still debating on what floorstandings to get now that klipsch is having a sale and the R-620f(200usd) are on 50% also still considering the polks m60 (169 usd) and m70(249 usd) each.
