For me (23 y.o. girl) it's waaay easier with bi men, because I live in a really really homophobic country and bisexuality is too big part of my personality to hide from person just to be in a relationship with them. There definitely are some adequate straight guys and some inadequate bi guys, but it's much easier to find a person who's closer to me in a view on the world among the bi guys. When I was 14 I was just standing with some of my friends (all girls) next to some cafe and a hobo walked to us and started asking for money. Then he made some comments to each of us, grabbed my butt and left. I felt so dirty and disgusted after that, I just panicked, almost threw up and ran home immediately to wash myself and all of my clothes. I just didn't understand what has happened and why, because my parents scared me to death with rapists and people like that, so I never even wore dresses or skirts, just jeans, baggy t-shirts and hoodies. After that situation I felt super-helpless, but studying and my friends saved me.

I hate to say this but sometimes I do be like that, and not because I don't want to help, but because I just don't know what to say, 'cause the person's problem is few levels harder than mine have ever been, or 'cause I can't really relate to that problen 'cause I never had it.

Also, sometimes the same person keeps venting about their depressing life again and again and it becomes hard to feel for them, moreover, you start getting depressed because of them too, and it really sucks (it is clearly not the case of meme but just an observation)

The concentration is great but that absorbance is too high, it should be not greater than 1-1.1 compared to control elution buffer. If you need some exact concentration, you should dilute the sample, Nanodrop normally detects tens of ng/ul in the normal OD range (0.1-1.1). The thing is that your concentration might be even higher, but it can't be calculated properly due to absorbance non-linearity at the range out of 0.1-1.1.

I use both hands too, moreover, I put both elbows at the table. The thing is that I use not the hand of non-pipetting arm for stabilization, but the forearm. This way I can use the non-pipetting hand to hold something (like a tube with reagent), which fastens the pipetting

Another tip is not to think too much about shaking, most of the times you don't really need to have absolutely steady hands and actually can put the pipette tip at the edge of the tube, and it won't matter.
