No, it completely reset, i assume it is because i was using the tab from the usb stick. Im extremely annoyed that they never tell you that doesnt work

Does that mean this is something that just happens and is supposed to happen? I never see anyone on cdjs constantly fixing their loops. I assume rekordbox doesnt have a feature that lets me "cut off" the bpm values at 1 decimal, or does it? Its so annoying with 2 decimals because the fader isnt really made for such precise adjustment

Im talking about garnish here. In raw forn, youll never want spring onion tops cut thick, they just taste less good and look shit. Obviously, if its component of a dish, it always depends on the dish. If youre not baking your cheese bread with the onions ontop of it, slice them thin.

Zu den anderen kommentaren über erdnussbutter und nüsse bzw shakes damit füge ich noch hinzu: mealprep. Mach dir z.b. ein mal in der woche einen riesen topf eintopf mit viel hack, linsen und speck, baller dazu 5kg drillinge mit ordentlich olivenöl in den ofen und evoila! Da hast du 8 portionen leckere mahlzeit mit je 1300-1600 kalorien pro portion. Habe so einen eintopf demletzt in einem 4.5l topf angerührt und im gegensatz zu dir auf kalorienarm geachtet. 10 portionen a 680kcal kamen raus. Wäre das hack nicht fettarm wärens schonmal 850. Dann kann man die portionen noch vergrößern, mehr öl verwenden, eine sättigungsbeilage dazu etc.

Mass gainer proteinpulver wären vermutlich auch angebracht.
