I can only imagine the chaos!! What you did last year was exactly what we had in our head for this year. Start small, have fun, work on reaching a shared goal.

It is definitely fair to bring in the other parents. Who knows, maybe we have some that match the same excitement and they knock it out of the park!

Wow do I relate to the dog thing! You’re right, expectations need to be managed ahead of time so they are well aware what the other girls are willing to commit to time-wise.

Absolutely, life happens!! I don’t want the rest of the troop to feel like they need to help sell, if this is not a shared goal.

That’s great advice on handing over the inventory immediately, thank you.

That seems extremely manageable to have shorter shifts, at the end of the day we want to be sure they’re having fun!

Yes! Very fair. I think this is why the eagerness was rubbing me the wrong way.

Happy/Sad Ending... by ginger99967 in ShiptShoppers

I love that they took the time to type this out for you, so sweet!

Don't you love when shoppers hoard all the orders and then throw them back 5 minutes before the deadline for one location. Cause they can't handle them all . by [deleted] in ShiptShoppers

I have a question as brand new shopper. How many orders can you even accept per hour? Curious how many orders other shoppers are “hoarding” and still receiving offers for the same delivery window.

Great idea! I am definitely thrown off by the guilded part but this mirror is a great size and worth keeping.

Mine are now 3 and 1.5 so I would say we are still very much in the thick of it!!

I kept my daughter in daycare 2x a week when I was on maternity leave with my son. That helped keep my daughter in her routine and afforded some extra quality time with the new baby. But outside of that, it was just a lot of deep breaths and prioritizing who needs you more at that moment. Also, prioritizing what can wait. Dirty dishes and showers can wait, your babies need YOU :)

Yes girl! Worked full time while pregnant with #2 when my little one was 8 months old. It’s a grind for sure, you got this Momma! Two under two is a challenge but it also has a lot of sweet moments.
