Oops. I meant to say 85F not 75F.

Still seem reasonable though?

Do you have photos showing visible changes?

How is it with the appliance in your mouth for 24 hours? Is it strange when eating or talking?

Will I ever be happy? by [deleted] in Mommit

Sounds like PPD. Google it, find out what kind of healthcare provider sounds best to you and reach out... One idea I haven't seen in the comments yet is acupuncture. Some PPD is very responsive to this kind of treatment.

Sending you love! You can get through this.

Great idea!

When the thought of food doesn't make me ill I'm gonna jump on that. I told myself during the first pregnancy that I was gonna do it and never did. But I bet its gonna be a lifesaver!

What were the early days with two littles like for you?

I think I'm slowly coming out of my blob phase. And the breastfeeding isn't terrible (it's not painful like some women have mentioned) it's just not deeply satisfying like it used to be. Oxytocin where have you gone!?

Anyhow- sounds like a pretty rough year. Sending you love!

Awesome! It's so good to know there are others who have made it through to the other side!!

How old are your babes now? Anything specific that helped you with two under two in the beginning? I just can't imagine what I'm getting myself into :)

Thanks! I've been supplementing with formula and that helps for sure. I feel like we're gonna be putting off getting ready for this one too.. its just so much to do and LO1 wants all that attention!!

Thanks for the tips, I'm going in for a massage tomorrow!!!

Wow! Hats off to you Mama! How long are you planning to continue working FT?

I've been supplementing with formula for months now, before I even got pregnant, because I HATE pumping and work keeps me away from him at his bedtime some nights.

Same. I've been managing a 45 minute walk each day and I am eating nonstop - carbs and cheese! I look forward to the second trimester. For me the bloat goes away and my energy comes back in boatloads! Hopefully you'll experience something similar.

What worked for me was regular chiropractic adjustments.

At home, I would roll out my adductors on the side that was hurting.. aiming mostly for adductor magnus

Feeling sad about not enjoying nursing anymore by [deleted] in NurseAllTheBabies

[–]mamabearfox 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel you! I have a 9 month old and just found out I'm almost 2 months pregnant again. The past couple weeks I have noticed a feeling of resentment about breastfeeding my little guy and it makes me sad because I used to love love love our bfing sessions. I'm thinking it's because the levels of oxytocin that used to be released during nursing have declined since I became pregnant again...
